HIGH PRESSURE STEAM AND HOT WATER BOILERS
(WBKS and WKSK) series are cylindrical High-Pressure Steam, Hot Steam and Hot Water Boilers boiler with three wheel drive, liquid and gas fired, flame - smoke pipe:
* Designed and manufactured to meet the needs of wood, textile, chemical industry, food and similar industrial facilities in the heating of large residential units.
* High-pressure Steam and Hot Water Boilers are manufactured according to TRD (Technische Regein für Dampfkessel), DIN (Deutche Industrie Normen) norms and TS 377, EN 12953 standards. (It can be manufactured as controlled by ”Türk Loydu“ or du TUV “ according to your request.)
* According to the purpose of the use of boilers with flame-smoke boilers, with a special water pipe pre-burner for burning economized, superheating and various fuels, steam boilers from 1 t / h steam capacity up to 35t / h capacity, from 15.000.000 kcal / h capacity to 1.000.000 kcal / h hot water boilers are manufactured.
* The main sheet metal parts DIN 17155, HII, 17 Mn4, 19 Mn6, EN 10028, P265 GH, P295 GH, P355 GH and EN 102043-1 certified sheet material are used in the production of our boilers.
* DIN 17175, EN 10216, DIN 2448, St 35.8.1 drawn steel seamless boiler pipe are used for boiler pipes.
* Our boilers designed in Scotch type are highly efficient. As the combustion chamber is designed according to the burner flame diameter and length, and the furnace load is below 1.100.000 kcal / m3h, the chimney temperature decreases and it reaches high boiler efficiency.
*Our boilers are manufactured with large steam volume to allow sudden steam usage.
*Specially designed water holders are placed in the boiler to minimize the drift of the water droplets with steam. Thus, the system ensures that the outgoing steam is drier.
* The collectors which required for feed water inlet, steam outlet, surface blowdown, bottom blowdown, breathing valve, safety valves, automatic level control and level indicators, are equipped with 2 or 3 cleaning manholes according to their capacity, one hand hole at the front and one at the back.
* ISO 9001 quality systems that form the basis of our quality system, have been selected as design - development production - plant and service quality management model. The boiler insulation is made of galvanized sheet, aluminum, stainless steel or painted sheet as your request.
